Your Home Buying Dream Team

In this first meeting, we will meet face to face and review your unique buyer specifications and discover what is most important to you. We will open the door to a bigger and better real estate market and create a plan that allows you to reach your real estate goals.

You will also be connected with a lender for pre-approval and discuss the best loan options for you and your family. We’ll then begin our search for your new home based on your wants, needs, and dreams.

We will expertly guide you through this ever-changing market and coordinate showings that best fit your busy schedule. You’ll also gain access to all of F.C. Tucker’s innovative technology tools that make sure you never miss an opportunity.

We Found it!

After reviewing a carefully curated list of homes, and taking a private tour, you will identify the home you are ready to call your own. We will walk you through the purchase agreement, and submit your offer to the current homeowners ensuring that you stay competitive and still achieve your original home buying goals.

Once the seller receives your offer, we begin negotiations on your behalf.

Negotiate on Your Terms

We leverage our experience and expertise to create a strategic approach to reach an agreement. From your initial offer, through counteroffers, earnest money, and contingencies, we are here to ensure a strategic and seamless negotiation experience.

Your Offer is Accepted!

Earnest money is delivered and cashed by Broker.

You will promptly schedule a home inspection and we will review the findings with you, negotiating any major defects. We then help you work with your lender to finalize your mortgage and your lender will set up a home appraisal.

Next, you’ll get your home insurance set up, all the while, behind the scenes, we are working diligently with the title company, lenders, and the listing agent to bring you to a successful closing.
